How Activation Works
You can create unlimited widgets for free. Widgets start in Draft mode and are only visible to you in the dashboard. To make a widget publicly visible on your website, you need to activate it — which requires an active subscription.
You can deactivate a widget at any time to return it to Draft mode. Deactivated widgets stop appearing on your site immediately and your subscription adjusts accordingly.

30-day free trial: Your first activation starts a free trial. You can cancel anytime — if you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
Managing Your Subscription
Activate a widget
Click Go Live on the dashboard. If you don't have an active subscription, you'll be prompted to start a trial or subscribe.
Deactivate a widget
Click Set to Draft. The widget stops appearing on your site and your monthly charge decreases.
Cancel your subscription
Go to Organizations → select your organization → Manage Billing to access the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All widgets return to Draft mode.
Upgrade or change payment
Access the Stripe billing portal from your organization settings to update your payment method or view invoices.
